They've Animated My Dreams

On last night's episode of Batman: The Brave And The Bold, they included this story:

AND this story:

They had a character reading aloud from this comic book:

...and proceeded to launch into adapting this story:

(albeit with Bat-Mite in the Mr. Mxyzptlk role).

Oh, yeah, and they introduced this character:

Yes, Joker-Mite.

All in one half-hour.

Grant Morrison says "every Batman story counts." These guys mean it....

It was indeed...quite awesome.

It was brilliant. I have never seen stupid silly ideas so well used all put together and tied in a bow. The ten eyed man blinding himself catching a cactus was priceless.

Of course Bat-Mite falls for Harley Quin, which I think made her first B:TB&TB appearance in this episode.

Now that the Starro arc is over, I want every episode to begin with the Bat-Computer files.

Oddly, that was the first issue of Who's Who I bought (I was a OHOTMU guy) but this wasn't my favorite episode. Not bad, though.
